THIS IS RHYSEARCH

We have
been active under the name of "RhySearch. The Research and Innovation Centre Rheintal" since 1st April 2013. As a public institution we operate on the campus of the University of Applied Sciences OST.

We promote
the competitive capacity of small and medium sized companies in Alpenrheintal (Alpine Rhine valley region). We achieve this through the targeted networking of business and research with the aim of making the business location of Alpenrheintal more attractive and as a result increasing opportunities for employment.

We bundle
the research capabilities of several research institutions. There is a vibrant informal and professional exchange of ideas and thoughts within the framework of this partnership, which benefits the entire network. The services we offer are completed with our own applied research capabilities.

We are financed
through research contracts from the private sector, public research funds (recognised by the Swiss Federal Commission for Technology and Innovation) and contributions from our owners.

Our mandate
is to sustainably bolster the innovative power and competitive capacity of the regional high-tech business location.

We are here: high-tech campus Buchs

The International School Rheintal, the University of Applied Sciences OST, RhySearch, the Vocational and Further Education Center Buchs Sargans and the Alpenrheintal precision industry center form the high-tech campus Buchs. A motel with a public restaurant will be built in the heart of the high-tech campus area. Vocational school students, students, experts, lecturers and guests meet here. The state-of-the-art technical infrastructure is available for events, meetings, seminars and conferences.
