Presentation at the SPIE Laser Damage

The SPIE Laser Damage Conference was held 7-10 October 2024 in San Ramon, Ca, USA. The conference showcases the latest research on materials and thin films used with high-power, high-energy lasers. Manuel Bärtschi presented at this year's edition. The talk, entitled "Process development of Ta2O5-SiO2 quantized nanolaminates for use in complex optical filter systems", focused on groundbreaking research into the advanced process development of QNLs on a magneton sputtering system.
